For the first burn

Allow for the entire top surface to melt- No longer than 4 hours. If in 4 hours the entire surface has not melted, extinguish the flame anyway. After a few more burns the tunneling will correct itself. If your candle is tunneling and not correcting itself, please feel free to reach out to us for help with this issue.

After extinguishing your candle

Allow the candle to solidify before the next burn. If the wick looks off centered, use your wick trimmer to push the wick towards the center of the candle.

Use a candle snuffer to put out flame and limit excess smoke (*hold over flame for at least 5 seconds)

Trim your candle wick between burns

Use a wick trimmer between burns when needed to prevent soot (if your candle is smoking during a burn extinguish your candle immediately and trim the wick).

Your Wick needs to be about 1/4" long.

Getting the best performance out of your candle

Burn in a well-ventilated room. Keep candles away from drafts, vents, fans, and air currents. keep wax pool clear of any kind of debris.

Do not leave candles unattended and keep away from children and pets.

Other tips

Place your candle on a heat safe surface
